Application for registration.—Every finder of treasure carrying on the finding of treasure shall make an application for registration to the Custodian of Enemy Property in Form 3, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every parcel of land held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
