Intimation of change.—Every owner of a hoarding shall intimate to the Standing Committee, in Form E and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Standing Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
