Maintenance of premises.—Every holder of a canteen licence shall keep the premises where the running of a canteen is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every permit kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the running of a canteen, and shall furnish to the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief in Form F, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
