Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the holder of a canteen licence shall apply to the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
