Intimation of change.—Every owner of a telecommunication tower shall intimate to the Licensing Authority, in Form H and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Licensing Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
