Authorised agent.—Any owner of a telecommunication tower may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these bye-laws, shall intimate to the Licensing Authority in Form E the name and address of the agent within thirty days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within fifteen days of the revocation.
