Bye-law 8, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Registration of The erection of telecommunication towers) Bye-laws, 2015 [S4P-G6Z]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a telecommunication tower shall apply to the Licensing Authority in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten lakh rupees, and the Licensing Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
