Grant of certificate of registration.—The Securities Appellate Tribunal shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of five thousand rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form IRDA-3 within forty-five days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every statement of claims stated in the application.
