Correction of entries.—The Securities Appellate Tribunal may, on an application made in Form IRDA-5 by any insurance intermediary or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than twenty-one days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
