Application for registration.—Every registrar to an issue carrying on the business of a registrar to an issue shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Companies in Form F, within ten days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every unit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
