Surrender of certificate.—Every asset reconstruction company who ceases to carry on the business of asset reconstruction shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Deposit Insurance Corporation in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every cheque held by him has been disposed of.
