Surrender of certificate.—Every stamp vendor who ceases to carry on the sale of court fee stamps shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Odisha in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every process held by him has been disposed of.
