Intimation of change.—Every stamp vendor shall intimate to the Government of Odisha, in Form C and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Odisha shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
