Surrender of certificate.—Every requisitioned property owner who ceases to carry on the ownership of requisitioned property shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Land Acquisition Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every register of documents held by him has been disposed of.
