Application for registration.—Every requisitioned property owner carrying on the ownership of requisitioned property shall make an application for registration to the Land Acquisition Officer in Form 6, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every parcel of land held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
