Application for registration.—Every sender of commercial messages carrying on the sending of commercial messages shall make an application for registration to the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing in Form G, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every interconnection agreement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
