Surrender of certificate.—Every point of presence who ceases to carry on the registration of subscribers shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every return held by him has been disposed of.
