Report to the Government.—The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority shall prepare, within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of points of presence whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Maharashtra and publish it within ninety days of its preparation.
