Intimation of change.—Every employer of inter-State migrant workmen shall intimate to the Chief Inspector of Factories, in Form VII and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Inspector of Factories shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
