Surrender of certificate.—Every broadcasting organisation who ceases to carry on the broadcasting of works shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 18 of the manner in which every application held by him has been disposed of.
