Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Data Protection Board in the custody of the Controller of Certifying Authorities, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Data Protection Board; and where the Controller of Certifying Authorities having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form E within one hundred and eighty days of the succession.
