Fees.—The fee of one hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of ten rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Regional Board by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form 16; and the Regional Board shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within ten days of its receipt.
