Surrender of certificate.—Every riparian owner who ceases to carry on the drawing of water from a river shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the River Basin Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every register of users held by him has been disposed of.
