Intimation of change.—Every owner of a building in a village shall intimate to the Zila Parishad, in Form 4 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Zila Parishad shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
