Periodical return.—Every keeper of a village shop carrying on the keeping of a village shop shall furnish to the Block Development Officer, within fourteen days of the close of each year, a return in Form 1 of every licence received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for thirty days from the date on which it is furnished.
