Application for registration.—Every principal employer carrying on the engagement of employees through an immediate employer shall make an application for registration to the Regional Board in Form 6, within forty-two days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every medical certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
