Application for registration.—Every owner of a container freight station carrying on the operation of a container freight station shall make an application for registration to the Authority for Advance Ruling in Form GST APL-01, within twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every shipping bill held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
