Surrender of certificate.—Every displaced person who ceases to carry on the allotment of property to a displaced person shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Land Acquisition Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 8 of the manner in which every register of documents held by him has been disposed of.
