Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the lessee of Government land shall apply to the Board of Revenue in Form 8 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees, and the Board of Revenue shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
