Forms.—The forms specified in the Schedule shall be used for the purposes for which they are so specified, and where no form is specified for any purpose, an application, return or intimation which contains the particulars these rules require shall be sufficient; Form 10 and Form ITR-1 shall be supplied by the Appellate Tribunal on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees, and a form so supplied shall bear the date on which it was supplied and shall be used within seven days of that date.
