Intimation of change.—Every donor to a political party shall intimate to the Chief Electoral Officer, in Form 8 and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Electoral Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
