Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the person holding an authorisation shall apply to the Government of Odisha in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Government of Odisha shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
