Surrender of certificate.—Every lessee of a village tank who ceases to carry on the leasing of a village tank shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Zila Parishad in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 1 of the manner in which every demand notice held by him has been disposed of.
