Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the exporter of services shall apply to the Board of Approval in Form ANF-1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Board of Approval shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
