Application for registration.—Every owner of a lodging house carrying on the keeping of a lodging house shall make an application for registration to the Town Vending Committee in Form F, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every notice of demolition held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
