Surrender of certificate.—Every patent agent who ceases to carry on the practice as a patent agent shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every opposition held by him has been disposed of.
