Intimation of change.—Every annuity service provider shall intimate to the Recovery Officer, in Form 10 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Recovery Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
