Intimation of change.—Every private body funded by a public authority shall intimate to the Central Vigilance Commission, in Form D and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Central Vigilance Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
