Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any private body funded by a public authority dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Central Vigilance Commission in Form G, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every fee receipt then held; and the Central Vigilance Commission shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
