Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the private body funded by a public authority shall apply to the Central Vigilance Commission in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Central Vigilance Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
