Application for registration.—Every pharmacist carrying on the practice of pharmacy shall make an application for registration to the Licensing Authority in Form 29, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every establishment held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
