Surrender of certificate.—Every toll plaza operator who ceases to carry on the collection of tolls shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Transport Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 1 of the manner in which every driving licence held by him has been disposed of.
