Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the developer shall apply to the Export Promotion Council in Form SEZ-2 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Export Promotion Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
