Intimation of change.—Every developer shall intimate to the Export Promotion Council, in Form FC-4 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Export Promotion Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
