Conditions of registration.—Every developer shall carry on the development of a Special Economic Zone only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every register of imports in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such register of imports for inspection on request by the Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
