Conditions of registration.—Every organiser of a conference attended by foreigners shall carry on the holding of conferences attended by foreigners only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every declaration of renunciation in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such declaration of renunciation for inspection on request by the Protector of Emigrants, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
