Application for registration.—Every organiser of a conference attended by foreigners carrying on the holding of conferences attended by foreigners shall make an application for registration to the Government of Rajasthan in Form E, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every arrival card held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
