Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the organiser of a conference attended by foreigners shall apply to the Government of Rajasthan in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Government of Rajasthan shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
