Intimation of change.—Every organiser of a conference attended by foreigners shall intimate to the Government of Rajasthan, in Form C and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Rajasthan shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
