Periodical returns.—Every organiser of a conference attended by foreigners shall furnish to the Government of Rajasthan, within one hundred and eighty days of the close of each year, a return in Form F of the holding of conferences attended by foreigners carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
